  3. Scan on Mobile: Team members open the Google Drive app on iOS or Android, tap Scan, and capture receipts, delivery receipts, or field forms. Google Drive automatically crops and enhances the image.
  4. Save & Auto-Process: Save the scan directly to the shared folder. Google Drive syncs the file to the desktop within seconds, where SimpleIndex immediately processes it.
