Error in Program Load: 481 – Invalid Picture

When opening SimpleIndex the following error appears on the splash screen and clicking OK causes SimpleIndex to close. This causes SimpleIndex not to be able to be opened at all, unless the software is “Run as Administrator”.

Solution:
Run a repair installation on SimpleIndex. Open the Control Panel in Windows, Select Programs and Features, select SimpleIndex from the list and then click Repair.
