Building on the major revisions in version 8, we’ve leveled up and brought more power to the game
- A Wizard to rule them all
- The wizard is now the default job setting tool
- Each Step can now be accessed directly (no more clicking Next to reach your feature)
- Imprinting added to the wizard
- Setup Built-in Access database via the Wizard
- Enhanced Indexing Control
- Autonumbers can be incremented by any value
- OCR Zones can be specified counting from the last page or the first
- Text replaces can be performed per index field (e.g. replace o with 0)
- Templates AND dictionaries can be used in the same index field
- Autofill Templates, a single OCR template can be loaded per document source – see our Invoice solution for more
- Enhanced File Input Options
- Recompress Images to SimpleIndex defaults (not the image’s default)
- Resample Images – set inbound images to same resolution before processing
- Convert to TIFF keeping color mode of the original
- Enhanced Productivity
- Built-in Access db can provide reporting information across multiple jobs
- Large batch warning for users who might get a little carried away
- Integrated Mode lets you build configurations directly from the document definitions of your DMS
- New SimpleInvoice Preconfigured Solution
- Fully configured database and Quickbooks solution now included
- Template Autofill loads a single OCR Template for Invoice Number reducing false positives
