Which mortgage documents can LoanStacker recognize?

LoanStacker automatically recognizes and classifies over 400 mortgage origination and closing documents, from tax transcript requests and disclosures to FHA, VA and USDA program forms.

Recognition does not depend on any particular barcode or layout, so documents from any document provider work, including DocuTech, DocMagic, Calyx Point and VMP.

The document list is a starting point, not a limit:

  • Custom documents can be added to the database, including your company’s own forms and internal documents.
  • Non-standard documents such as credit reports, bank statements, pay stubs and verifications of employment (VOE) can be recognized too.
  • Document titles can be changed to match your naming conventions, and documents can be grouped into categories such as Assets, Credit and Disclosures to make them easier to find.

LoanStacker applies a consistent naming standard to every document. Consistent names are what make it possible to track documents through a mortgage processing workflow.
