Index Fields store the data captured from documents and are used to combine individual files into multi-page documents on export.

Index fields can be mapped to database fields to capture document data and save it to any database that support ODBC, OleDB or SQL.

Index field data can also be saved to CSV, XML and other text file formats.

All the options related to index fields can be found in the Indexing & File Naming screen and Index Field Wizard.

In the Verification stage, users can manually enter data into index fields or use OCR to Field to read text from the image into an index field.
