Ways you can perform and use Full-Page OCR with SimpleIndex:
- Use the OCR function to perform full-page OCR on documents (See OCR Options)
- Output full-page OCR to these File Formats
- Use Full Page Text get index field values using template and dictionary pattern matching and use them for folders & filenames or database export
- Run full-page OCR and indexing processes automatically with Unattended Processing
- Use SimpleSearch to search full-page OCR data from documents in a database
- Use SimpleView to do RegEx searches across multiple folders and files (See File and Text Search)
