Annual Maintenance

Annual Maintenance is a standard way to pay for technical support services and software updates for business applications.

To qualify for support and upgrades, you must have current annual maintenance contract for every Simple Software license in your organization.

To be current, the annual maintenance must be paid for each year since the date of purchase, up to 3 years. If you purchased more than 3 years ago then the cost is equivalent to 3 years of maintenance.

Renewal notices are sent automatically to the e-mail address registered to your organization along with an invoice and order link for all licenses due on that date.

If you purchased from an Authorized Dealer please contact them to renew your maintenance.

Customers who have purchased multiple licenses on different dates can request a pro-rated invoice to allow a single renew date in future years.
