SimpleIndex’s Template and Dictionary Matching OCR functions can be used with MS Office and PDF files to index and organize them automatically. SimpleIndex uses the existing text in these files instead of OCR, so the process is instantaneous and the accuracy is 100%.
The SimpleView viewer is able to view MS Office documents, PDF files and all the most common image file formats in a single interface.
