IDX

The IDX file extension is the default file extension for SimpleIndex Index Log files.

They are formatted the same as CSV files, with commas separating the index field values on each line. To allow for values that contain commas, quotes are placed around each value by default.

Using the IDX file extension lets you associate SimpleIndex log files with their own application and distinguish them from other CSV files.
