This simplified version of what is commonly known as Unstructured Forms Processing allows you to automatically extract index information no matter where it appears on the document.

Most “Zone OCR” solutions only work if the information appears in exactly the same place on every page. SimpleIndex allows you to automate indexing as long as the OCR field matches a unique pattern (Template) or pre-defined list of values (Dictionary).
