SimpleIndex has the unique ability to Import documents from multiple sources into the same batch process. This includes an Input Folder for existing files, Scanner for paper, and E-Mail attachments.
For example, let's say you process Invoices once per week. Most vendors will E-Mail them, but some still send them on paper and others may require you to download them from a web portal. With the multi-import feature you can capture all three types in a single job workflow.
